आज रविवार दिनांक 13/10/2024 रोजी शासकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्था, रत्नागिरी चे नामांतरण शासन निर्णयाप्रमाणे "लोकमान्य बाळ गंगाधर टिळक, शासकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्था, रत्नागिरी" असे करण्यात आले.
नामांतरण सोहळ्यानिमित्त मान्यवर श्री. हृषीकेश भोंगले सरपंच नाचणे ग्रामपंचायत, आय एम सी चेअरमन श्री. अमृत पोतदार, लोकमान्य टिळक स्मारक महिला मंडळ अध्यक्ष श्रीमती बापट मॅडम, दै.तरुण भारत वरिष्ठ पत्रकार श्री. चक्रदेव, संस्थेचे प्राचार्य श्री शशिकांत कोतवडेकर, गटनिदेशक, निदेशक व प्रशिक्षणार्थी उपस्थित होते.
आज दिनांक 02 ऑक्टोबर 2024 रोजी औ प्र संस्था रत्नागिरी येथे महात्मा गांधी जयंती आणि लालबहाद्दुर शास्त्री जयंती उत्साहात साजरी करण्यात आली. यावेळी संस्थेचे प्राचार्य श्री कोतवडेकर साहेब, गटनिदेशक, शिल्प निदेशक आणि प्रशिक्षणार्थी उपस्थित होते
