Courses Offered
ITI Thane offers a comprehensive portfolio of technical and vocational courses aimed at providing specialized knowledge and practical experience in key industrial disciplines. These courses are designed considering industry demands and technological advancements, ensuring students are well-prepared for the workforce.
1. Computer Hardware & Network Maintenance
This course focuses on the fundamentals of computer hardware, including assembly, installation, and troubleshooting of computer systems. It also covers network setup, configuration, and maintenance, enabling students to manage and maintain local area networks (LANs) and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
2. Welder
The Welder course trains students in various welding techniques, including arc welding, gas welding, and MIG/TIG welding. Students learn to read blueprints, select appropriate materials, and perform welding operations safely and efficiently, preparing them for careers in construction, manufacturing, and repair industries.
3. Stenography & Secretarial Assistance (Eng)
This course equips students with skills in shorthand writing, typing, and office management. It covers English language proficiency, business communication, and administrative tasks, preparing graduates for roles as secretaries, administrative assistants, and office support staff.
4. Draughtsman Mechanic
The Draughtsman Mechanic course teaches students to create technical drawings and blueprints for mechanical components and systems. It includes training in computer-aided design (CAD) software, enabling students to visualize and design mechanical parts and assemblies accurately.
5. Electrician
This course provides training in electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. 6. Electronics Mechanic
The Electronics Mechanic course focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment and systems. 7. Fitter
The Fitter course trains students in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components. It covers skills in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials, as well as reading technical drawings, preparing students for careers in manufacturing and maintenance industries.
8. Information & Communication Technology System Maintenance
This course covers the maintenance and troubleshooting of ICT systems, including computers, networks, and communication devices. Students learn about system installation, configuration, and security, preparing them for roles in IT support and network administration.
9. Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance
The Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance course focuses on the maintenance and repair of machine tools used in manufacturing. Students learn about various machine operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques, preparing them for careers in machining and manufacturing industries.
10. Mechanic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioner

11. Turner

12. Mechanic Motor Vehicle
This course provides training in the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles. Students learn about engine systems, electrical systems, and vehicle diagnostics, preparing them for careers in automotive service and repair industries.
13. Machinist
