Govt. Industrial Training Institute Kalyan is one of the most well-known and efficient Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Maharashtra State (MS, India).<\/div><\/span><\/p>\n

This Institute is established in Year 1995. Total land area of this institute is 7978.78 sq. mtr.\u00a0 and\u00a0 built up area is\u00a0 1940.53 sq. mtr.<\/div><\/span><\/p>\n

It is situated in Kalyan Town (Dist- Thane) Near of Hirachand Mutha college,Umbarde approximately 5 km away from Kalyan Railway Station. It is well connected to other suburbs of Mumbai by roadway and railway.<\/div><\/span><\/p>\n

In our Institute there are 07 vocational trades\u00a0 ( 9 batches,\u00a0 160 trainees ) are undergoing different vocational training programs under\u00a0 CTS Scheme in this institute. There are 05 Engineering trades such as Fitter ,Welder, Sheet Metal Worker, Electronics Mechanic, ICTSM and 02 Non- Engineering trades such as Dress Making and Basic Cosmetology. <\/div><\/span><\/p>\n

It belongs to Directorate of Vocational Education & Training [ www.dvet.gov.in<\/a> ], Mumbai, under Ministry of Skill Development and entrepreneurship department , Govt. of Maharashtra and affiliated to DGET-Director General of Employment & Training, Delhi, under Ministry of Labour & Employment.<\/div><\/span><\/p>\n

Our education will also be holistic. Sports and physical exercise must be a firm part of the curriculum. For students to develop a love for sports, for recreation, for health, for teamwork, for competition. Our education will also instill an appreciation for art and culture.<\/div><\/span><\/p>\n
